Refund Policy

All sessions are paid for in advance.

Good faith guarantee: If I have to cancel a session for any reason, or become unable to fulfill a gift certificate or subscription, I will issue you a full refund or free rescheduling/extension, your choice.

If you have to cancel your session for any reason, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. When cancellations are made in a timely manner, you will be refunded the full amount you pre-paid, less a $50.00 convenience fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $199.00 and the balance of your payment will be refunded.

There is no fee to reschedule if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. If you reschedule later than that, there will be a $199.00 convenience fee. If you are no-call/no-show at the time of your appointment, there will be no refund. The reason for this is because I cannot “resell” the time you booked if you are making last minute changes.

Donations are NOT refundable. Gift Certificates are ONLY refundable should I become unable to fulfill my obligation on them before the date of expiration (for example, if I completely stopped offering coaching services).
Gift Certificates are good for one year from the date of purchase.

Unused portions of coaching packages will be refunded on a pro-rated basis upon request. The pro-rating is based on the unused part of your subscription, less applied discounts, less a $50 cancellation fee. See your personal contract for full details.

For example: if you purchased a six-month prepaid life coaching plan for $959, then wished to cancel after 3 months, your refund would look like this

Coaching programs expire on a monthly basis, you are responsible for using the total amount of subscription you have each month, and unused session hours or bonuses do not qualify for a refund.

Keep in mind that unused portions of coaching contracts may also be gifted to someone you care about.
